I made JSRF mod that restores special JP dialogues for US version.
If you're not aware, more characters were meant to have special dialogues for post-game characters, but localization team didn't translate them due to deadlines.
Mod is available for download in JSRF Mod Manager.
@wer0crOw731 In JSRF, there are special dialogues for characters in GG's Garage if you interact with them as post-game characters (Poison Jam, Noise Tanks, etc), but localization team only translated these dialogues for Clutch, the rest being available in Japanese release only.
@JVCKZ_SoViEt So I'm making Hotline Miami for PSP (still early WIP) and during one of the tests I encountered this bug and I still don't know the root cause of this but I fixed it in a single line of code
