@Ryanair@Ryanair great, unfortunately your “service” provider does not read clearly. Second time stating my problem, second time I get a scripted standard reply which does not consider my initial message.
@Ryanair thanks for telling us the online check in was successful but the website cannot give us boarding pass due to techincal error, then making us pay 110€ at the airport due to your website failure. Cannot complain online, due to no site for that! #CustomerExperience
