@NianticHelp i got an issue and the in game help center is just automated message i want a human....

Used a remote raid vs zacian on 09/30 7h20 pm, got reward, game crash , never got my encounter , never got my wasted remote raid back and i took picture so i know i got neither.

@BlueToed @NianticLabs @PokemonGoApp Almost clicked that one too today but i got lucky to remember i did not have any left for awhile. I dont mind it being there honestly its nice to have like quick options but yes....if there is not a ' are you sure ? ' then no.....thats garbage.

@BlueToed @NianticHelp @NianticLabs Not to mention a single remote raid if you dont pay with your own pocket and play legit is 4 days of perfect gym defence wich might take a long time in town where the player base not that active and we can withdraw ourself gotta wait for someone to beat you.

@NianticHelp @NianticHelp Thats nice, now...i just finish a remote raid vs ho-oh , we win but the game crash right at the end. I log back in and rejoin the raid so i can try my luck catching the legendary. It doesnt allow me to.

So i lost a remote raid again.

I actually reached them and their awnser was ' do all those thing ' wich in my message i said i already did so probably bot still.
