@ThomasCookCares Hi. Flight only. I managed to speak to someone after waiting after 40mins. Apparently although there’s availability to upgrade I can’t because I booked via Expedia although I’ve received everything from Thomas Cook. Seems very dated for 2018! I’ll stick with BA in future.
