The parents and children were along, playing and taking part. Showing real resilience at a difficult time. Seeing how the community rallied round with the library providing a space at such short notice. Sometimes you need to take a second to appreciate our amazing communities!

Had the pleasure of spending a few days with Sighthill Early Years staff and families at Wester Hailes library. Was amazing to witness the flexibility of the centre staff at such a tough time with their centre being damaged and unusable at the moment. 1/2

Was absolutely great to be back @WHHS_Edin last night, having a stall at 1st year parent-teacher event. Was nice to see faces we have worked with over the years in person again!

The summer Discover! programme is underway 🤸🏻‍♀️🚲🪁⚽ For some families, the school holidays are a challenging time. Around 1 in 8 children do not have access to sufficient food during holidays (@cisweb). We will provide 450 boxes of food each week of the holiday 📦 @Edinburgh_CC
