Gender abolitionist, Libertarian, Queer. I have political beliefs unlike some and hope to change the nation by bringing people to a more moderate position
@M72GaussRifle@ReplicantArk@ma1ybe When building an argument, one cannot rely on “intuition” or “natural instinct” because intuition varies from person to person and “Natural” doesn’t exist. Humans are fundamentally unnatural, by definition.
@BigDeanEnergy@Oceanbreeze473 A plan is devised and then done, meaning he cannot make a plan. A plan is for something to be done in the future. Because he is atemporal, all of his thoughts and actions happen immediately rather than consecutively. He cannot think ahead because there is no ahead to think about.
@BigDeanEnergy@Oceanbreeze473 Would you say god is temporal or atemporal? Because if he is atemporal then he cannot have a plan per se because there would be no future to plan for. It would all just exist.
@Mads_on_X@joshuawells@ATabarrok FR! The main issue is that Kamala has the biden stink so I don’t think moderate conservatives will vote for her. And the second big issue is that she doesn’t know how to campaign! She took next to no interviews last time and when she did it was with a literal child! And vance sux
@BigDeanEnergy@Oceanbreeze473 2/2 simply a force then the language would work much better but the fact that he has a mind ruins him, I think. I was raised methodist so I was taught that the word of the bible is fundamentally flawed because it came through the prophets who were human and flawed themselves
@BigDeanEnergy@Oceanbreeze473 I didn’t get the notification again! So what you’re saying is that human sin allows us to go against gods plan? Which implies that sin is stronger than He. This is the issue with having a conscious god, they are always a little too human, too flawed. Had he been described as 1/2
@aleciophoto@GatianFor2028@CantEverDie Both sides do a lot of that. I don’t think most people even know the fundamental rules of logic anymore. Nor do I think they actually understand what logic is. A lot of people worship a man in the sky, despite the contradictions from their own book. It’s weird
@YuLuohe@BadgamedevR@dqveed While I agree that they may not want to understand, we have a responsibility to force people to understand truth and morals. And the best way is via debate and conversation. Really, my main issue is that it’s half the human population and that’d be detrimental to knowledge
@YuLuohe@BadgamedevR@dqveed I’m gonna start by saying I’m prochoice. I don’t think men should be barred from speaking about women’s rights. I think that would be bad. I do think we should provide a larger input from women, but excluding men from the conversation would be backwards for society moving forward
@jakbravo_@user12528365836@beyoncegarden Why? What gives you more right over them? Are you a higher being? Is your will stronger than that of the entire group of people getting abortions? I’m not saying you don’t have that right, as I’m not an arbiter of morality, and I believe in the freedom to share ideas and ideals
@martyrgroy34196@MarisolZeledon@jakbravo_@beyoncegarden Me personally, I’m against religion as a whole. I think it has no more value to modern society as it only seeks to hold back morality and our understanding of the universe we exist in. Of course my ideal society is several hundred years away and I’ll never see it unfortunately
