The hospital in the picture below, Skovic Health Care Services in Kapsokwony, Mt. Elgon, received over KSh 3 million in June from SHA.

It also received another KSh 2 million in April.

Remember, this is just a Level 2 hospital.
And the facility itself is only the first two rooms/doors on the left; the two doors on the right are shops.

Yet this small setup received more money than Bondo Subcounty Referral Hospital, which likely treats far more patients and has wards, theatres, and proper infrastructure.
