We board and literally half of premium economy is empty. Happy to pay for this (again, it’s our honeymoon) but absolutely nothing done to elevate (and I work in corporate events). Would have cost them nothing to upgrade us and would have made us clients for life. @AirFranceFR

@AirFranceFR is airline hospitality truly dead? On my honeymoon flying to Paris and asked if any upgrades were available (even if discounted, happy to pay). Both counter agents read me a price and then said I can use the app to upgrade. Not even a congratulations. I paid in full.
