I eat a cheap microwavable burger for lunch most days and I've been losing weight.
It's not the burger, in most cases it's not even the ingredients, it's that people tend to overeat restaurant food.
Europeans don't understand that American Cheese (aka processed cheese) not only isn't the only cheese in America, but also that it is real cheese.
They use the same logic as people afraid of pasteurization, but only when it's convenient for them.
Just eat the compressed cheddar.
