@talktoBOI I was on hold for 50 minutes and then my call was dropped.I've been trying to reach you since Saturday. All this time my credit card is locked because of your buggy system. What kind of horrible service is this?

@talktoBOI So I sent a DM, then waited for 20 minutes (!!) only to be told I can write to some email to check if my credit card has been unblocked. I _know_ it's still locked because transactions fail when I'm trying to use it. This is really unhelpful.
