The F-14s have also been authorized to potentially be restored to flying condition.

I mean it takes a FRACTION of a second to point and shoot that gun at anyone in the surrounding area. Do you want the cop to wait until after a gun is pointed at someone to shoot the guy?

If someone is holding a gun presumed to be loaded, should a cop have to wait until it’s pointed at them to open fire?
