@WardDorrity It depends on how people use their cell phones. While cell phones can be addictive, they also allow us to stay in touch with family and learn new things. Ultimately, the key lies in whether we know how to use our cell phones in moderation.
I actually really support this idea. It’s not about banning cell phones, but about setting aside an hour to put them away, enjoy a meal, chat, and really look at the person sitting across from you. Moments like these are becoming increasingly precious.
Every restaurant should have at least a few tables where phones are discouraged. Not banned, just put the damn thing away for an hour. Watching an entire family sit together while every person stares at a different screen is depressing.

@Emerald_Circle @RossyPrime I totally get it! Although I usually prefer cats, when it comes down to fighting side by side, a dog that’s always loyal and dependable is definitely worth cherishing. The companionship, protection, and trust they give you can’t be measured by a few pieces of dog food.
@Emerald_Circle @RossyPrime Even cat lovers have to admit that dogs are truly impressive in this regard. They are extremely sensitive to human emotions and behavior, and often go on high alert before their owners even realize it. I love both cats and dogs. They are all companions who stay by my side.
