Quick update: spoke to the main supplier who confirmed the stock has been out for almost 2 weeks, I bought the product 3 days ago. They knew and didn't even tell me @SharafDG seriously how is this a way of doing business

3 days of waiting for my product to arrive
after 9 calls over 2 days, the CS team confirmed the order would be delivered on time.

Then they tell me at the end of each day that the order is "out of stock" this is either a joke or a scam so you pick.

They don't care about their customers and I will make sure the DED and Consumer rights are aware of their carelessness
