Visited SBI branch in Ajmer today. The staff told me that my ₹200 note (in 3 pieces) has no value and cannot be exchanged. As per RBI guidelines, damaged notes should be exchangeable if genuine. Kindly look into this matter. @TheOfficialSBI @RBI

Yesterday I visited SBI Main Branch Ajmer. Staff were distributing ₹10 & ₹20 new notes because the audit team was there. Today? Nothing. Staff kept most of it for themselves. Isn't the RBI policy equal for all? Public also deserves access to new currency.
