@JVVNLCCare @AMansarovar Hello team, as mentioned above the issue was resolved but please make sure that this doesn't happen again because it was fault in pole which has mixed phase line with neutral line, and i had faced the problem because of your failure.

Today there was a fault in main line where neutral line was having power, which caused short circuit in my house and neighbors house too.
The matter was raised to jvvnl and complaint was lodged (2104620299602) and was quickly resolved in few hours too.
