My order of value 1.26 Lac first came with manufacturing defect then the replacement not happened even after 18 days of frustrating process and now it got cancelled. So basically i paid flipkart 1.26 lac for nothing.

On 22.03.24 Flipkart cancelled my replacement anonymously and said that as per my conversation with the executive i said to cancel. Do you think the customers are mad. I have all the recordings if flipkart wants to listen.

Such a bad experience in purchasing a 1.26 lac laptop from flipkart.
Received the product on 11.03.24 had some display issues which is a manufacturing defect and applied for replacement within 1 day, then a technician had visited and sealed the product for pick up on 18.03.24.

No electricity in MVBS hostel for the past 36 hours. We tried calling the provider @myBESTElectric but the line's busy and nothing works. BEST's men came yesterday evening but still no progress, sluggish service I presume. Worst part is our water tanks are starting to run dry now
