@Zoomcar_India Sharing the booking ID i.e. JPSNCPJDK, please check through the bookings and initiate the refund at the earliest as I wasn't able to get the rental car.
I was also asked to move to two different locations and denied the availability, please refund the uber bill spend too asap.

@Zoomcar_India I had to pay additional charges for the cab and we didn't even get a car even after multiple selections. The customer service isn't even bothered to reply or initiate a refund for the service which was denied. The birthday celebration is spoiled!

@Zoomcar_India The customer support has been terrible and the day is completely wasted. @Uber_India You won! At least we weren't left stranded in remote locations where we were directed.

@Zoomcar_India I want a refund as I was not able to get the rental car. Thanks to @Uber_India that I could at least move to and fro to various locations and then finally go back to my house. I had my friends with me and even they had to travel by cab to reach different locations.

Really disappointed with the service of the organisation.
I had booked a rental car for the birthday celebration, when we went to pick the car they said it's unavailable, this happened three times and I had to go to different locations just to be turned down.

I have one of my core subject exam on 14 May. The teacher resigned mid semester that is as soon as offline classes began. She taught in a hush-hush manner online in Jan, completed a few chapters and left us mid-way saying the syllabus is completed. No replacement. I am blank😭
