see my believe request ID which has a creation date of 21st May with so delayed resolution date. The standby portable AC delivered is of no use. The resolution shared is First the copper coil will be taken away and then repaired. Look into this

This is regarding one my orders for hair serum which I received was fake. The company has delivered a replacement which is again fake and the manufacturing dates are also tampered with.
Instead of replacement arrange a refund.
