Dear Comrades,

1) As per ECI’s Press Release dated 06-11-2025, VTR for Phase-I was 64.66%. A total of 121 Assembly Constituencies, having total Electors of over 3.75 core, went to polls in Phase-I.

2) The above VTR did not include VTR of 1,570 Polling Stations (PS).

3) As per ECI, each booth consists of max 1,200 Electors. Let’s conservatively take 900 Electors on an average for each of these 1,570 PS. That makes it an electorate of 14,13,000. The VTR for this electorate was not updated as on 06-11-2025. Fine !

4) Yesterday, 07-11-2025, @CEOBihar issued an UNSIGNED PRESS RELEASE declaring the FINAL VTR OF PHASE-I as 65.08% i.e. an increase of 0.42% from previous night.

5) Obviously, this addition has come from the 1,570 PS (with an electorate of 14,13,100)❗️

6) Now let’s do some simple mathematics.

(i) 3.75 crore x 0.42% = 1,57,000 Votes.

(ii) So from 1,570 PSs, comrpising of a total Electorate of around 14,13,000, only 1,57,500 Voters Cast their Vote❓That’s an abysmally low VTR of 11.15% for these 1,570 PSs.

(iii) How do you explain this @ECISVEEP and @CEOBihar❓

(iv) Lets assume the VTR for these 1,570 PS as 64.66%, the average VTR of the rest of the PS, reported by ECI on 06-11-2025. That would mean 9,13,646 Votes.

(v) 9,13,646 - 1,57,500 = 7,56,146.

7) Have they MISREPORTED 7.5 lakh VOTES❓

I shall be happy to be corrected in the above calculations. But @ECISVEEP and @CEOBihar should explain this Statistical aberration, anomaly.

@INCIndia @RahulGandhi @RJDforIndia @manojkjhadu @yadavtejashwi the only way to clear the air is to match the figures reported in Form 17C for all the PSs of all 121 ACs and verify if the VTR reported by the @CEOBihar is correct.

.This is a pic of a platoon of 2 RAJ RIF taken on the evening of 12th Jun 1999. Just two out of the whole number of people who you see here, survived to see the sunlight of 13th Jun 1999.

Each one of them gave up their lives to win back #Tololing from #PakistanArmy infiltrators on this very day. A battle which was the turning point in the #KargilWar.

The leftmost person in this pic is Capt Vijayant Thapar, who has been enjoying the company of angels since Jun 1999, while the rest of us slog it out on planet earth. He was awarded the VrC, posthumously.

Each one of these men knew at this very moment when the pic was taken that their chances of survival was less than 10%. Yet they did what they did for the organisation they belonged to, for the country they belonged to.

Question is what makes people in the #Army take a shot at winning even at the peril of their lives?

- Sense of a greater purpose and the knowledge that fuliment of that purpose immortalises them.

- Regiment ki Izzat Meri Izzat : Sense of belonging to a unit to the extent that the unit's esteem is tied with own respect.

- The comfort in the fact that the unit and the larger organisation will take care of their loved ones, once they are gone.
