@thrillophilia Thank you for pathetic service on the very first day. Nothing is organised. Accommodated in a different hotel which was shared in itinerary originally. Small room and not hygienic. No lock in toilet. Don’t know how will it proceed further.

@spradhan1210 @thrillophilia It actually did get worse. No one told us what’s the plan for next day. We had to ask every time and it was already difficult to get hold of anyone. There was no planning.

@SwiggyCares thnx Nithin for the support and sorting this. I think the resolution should be bit quick and some effective action should be taken against the delivery people. Everyone who orderes food also have some expectations and we plan things accordingly.

Swiggy service is getting worse day by day. you order something and don’t get your food for hrs. Delivery people are not picking even their own customer service phone and customer service offer you your money back. It’s better that Swiggy stop their service if not delivering

@SwiggyCares Thnx for the first concern. But still if someone is expecting a good food from his favourite place and someone screw it up. And that restaurant is closed by the time and you have to manage with something else, it is not good

@SwiggyCares I did not receive my order and delivery person said it was delivered to me and I was sitting in car. He Never contacted me. Customer care person believes him. This is not acceptable. Waited for my order and now have to order again same thing.

@SwiggyCares Your customer care executive first believed delivery person, and then gave back money with a voucher. I like food from restaurant I liked but it was closed so I have to order same item from another one as the one I liked was closed by the time.

@SwiggyCares I ordered food today and was not delivered. Delivery person say he delivered it to me in a car in parking and never called. Your customer care person says, delivery person has delivered it to me and believe delivery person. It is not service which I expect.
