Hi @AxisBankSupport@AxisBank i received a call from your customer support stating that i am eligible for “Flipkart Axis Bank credit card” which will be Lifetime Free for me, but as far as i know this card is chargeable.
But the employee told me that i have to spend Rs 30,000 in the very first year and after that it would be lifetime free for me, and if fail to do so annual fees would be charged and told me if i complete transactions worth 30,000 in next year so then afterwards it will be LTF.

I'm doing this to get my focus back and change my habits. I'm not looking for easy dopamine; I'm working for it. I'm getting my body ready by walking/running 5 km at a time. The mountain doesn't care what you've done in the past; it just wants you to show up.

Filed an official complaint on the Consumer Helpline portal , status still “In Process.” Instead of resolution, I only get calls from their social media team asking me to pay for repairs caused by their own negligence.
@TataCompanies Is this the legacy of Tata Group that Indians trusted for decades? Ignoring complaints, blaming customers & denying accountability?

Why should a customer suffer because of Croma’s delay & negligence? I’ve faced 3 replacements in 1 year, endless complaints, zero service & now false blame.

Got a call from their social media team today. They say I must pay for repairing the swing motor of my cooler. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

On 8th July, reported water leakage issue (water coming out from the front). No technician ever came. Because of that negligence, after some days the swing motor got damaged.
On 14 Aug, I raised another complaint. Technician came & shamelessly said it’s my fault and I must pay!
@cromaretail On Friday I was told my cooler issue will be resolved or I’ll receive a call by Monday. It’s Tuesday now & still NO response, NO technician, NOTHING!
Is this how a Tata Group company treats its customers? Already suffered 3 replacements in 1 year, now being ignored.

Absolutely frustrated with @cromaretail and their pathetic service! 👎
Bought a Croma 30L T Cooler last year (May 2024). Within 1 year it got replaced 3 TIMES due to pump, motor & leakage issues. Even the 3rd replacement (30 May 2025) started leaking & swing motor failed!
Now Croma shamelessly asks me to pay for repairs despite my product being under 1-year warranty (till May 2026) + extended warranty (till May 2027).
