Terrible experience with @MobiKwik customer service. Raised issue MBK1216289361, but when I called @MobiKwikSWAT, executive “Dev” said no help can be provided and I must respond only via the app. Ridiculous

There's an issue regarding @MobiKwik Spin n Win coupons. In Sept I received a credit card coupon (Expires 30th Nov), but it consistently shows “not eligible to use” when I try to redeem it. If customers cannot use these coupons, what is the point of issuing them? #CustomerSupport

@MobiKwikSWAT Your DM says each coupon have different term & condition. According to the given details in coupon I matched all the conditions but still coupon in not usable..!!
And @MobiKwikSWAT I haven't use any coupon last as well as this month but still coupon is not usable.!
Any solution ?
