नयी तकनीक का आना बहुत अच्छी बात है परन्तु हर तकनीक के पीछे के खतरों को भी समझना चाहिए | यही बात AI के लिए भी है | AI के कारण रोज़गार की समस्या बढ़ेगी| बहुत सारे बौधिक रोजगारों पर विशेष रूप से असर पड़ेगा| इसके साथ ही AI का दुष्प्रभाव पर्यावरण और बिजली की खपत पर भी पड़ेगा| AI से लगभग 100 शब्दों का उत्तर प्राप्त करने में लगभग 519 मिलीलीटर पानी यानी एक बोतल से अधिक खर्च होता है। AI वीडियो बनाने में 4.1 लीटर पानी खर्च होता है|
AI के प्रयोग से| एक माइक्रोचिप बनाने में 2200 गैलन शुद्ध पानी खर्च होता है|
AI के अधिक प्रयोग से मष्तिस्क पर बुरा असर पड़ता है| ये सुस्ती, सही दिनचर्या में कमी, विश्लेष्णात्मक क्षमताओं में कमी , यादाश्त की कमजोरी आदि परेशानियाँ देती है|
पर यदि बेरोजगारी, बिजली और पानी की चुनौतियों से हम निबटा सके तो AI उपयोगी सिद्ध होगा अन्यथा ये पर्यावरण व् मष्तिस्क के लिए घातक सिद्ध हो सकता है|
