@KevinWanderw You make a great point abt social media being privatley owned - that is something I hadn't considered. Though I believe most of social media is open to free expression, there are ppl who can overpower that freedom.

Younger people have more information on politics and human rights from sources beyond their community. This allows youth to practice media literacy and advocacy. Social media creates space for people to have a voice and engage in intercultural dialogues.
