@zomato @zomatocare placed a 3rd order today and even that was delayed. Everytime you delay my order and even this time the guy said he will not compensate me. And when I asked for a supervisor he denied it and cut the call. Is this what you call customer service. SCAMMERS!

@zomato you guys have the worst customer service. First order never delivered to me and was marked as delivered. Second one you delay it by half hour and you ask me to be okay with it. And your agents don't assist me and disconnect the call in the midst of a conversation.
