@sheathescholar Took it about 10 years ago 😬 I did well with the vocab (lots of it) and had anxiety about anything related to math. I was in a study group & that helped but now Covid 😕 Maybe an online study group 🤔 I didn’t buy those crazy expensive study guides either. You can do it!! 👍🏽
My fellow non-black educators we have a lot work of to do. #teachers#BLM 👉🏽 What Teachers Should Learn From the Death of George Floyd https://t.co/V7oTbxob7A
@MsBteacherlady Reflecting on my teaching: have a heavy 💔 & a head whirling with ideas. Started a to do list. It’ll require learning, reflecting, careful & deliberate planning. “I am an educator and as an educator it is my business to lead people out of ignorance...” Starting with myself.
@Gameboydrew We talked about it today during our Zoom. No complaints yet. I teach 4th grade too. What gets me is teachers who think this isn’t applicable to them 🤦🏽♀️ So many excuses. Well, here we are. Why? Because history repeats itself. #BlackLivesMatter#remoteteaching#utlanow#peace#love
@MayorOfLA Many people in the gated community we live in believe none of your mandates for public safety applies to them. Some ask in the @NeighborhoodApp if this applies to them. Many of them also go on their walks, runs, and bike rides with no face covers. People need clarification.
@Maire_from_NJ @MoniseLSeward Our district is looking at a 45 page document with guidelines to reopen. I’m preparing for Blended Learning. We’ll see what happens. These are crazy times and this pandemic has brought out A LOT of issues in education. Let’s hope for the best 🤞🏽
