i'm hosting a charity livestream on Monday in loving memory of my dad, who lived with Alzheimer's disease until his passing last week. Alzheimer's affects patients & their families in ways that are often invisible, so this cause is deeply personal to me.

happy new year! after wrapping up my term as @Twitch Unity Latin Guild Leader, i took some time to reflect on what the past year & a half has taught me.

this role stretched me in ways i didn't fully anticipate. i learned how to advocate for communities with very real needs, how to navigate ambiguity, how to lead with structure & empathy. i learned how much intention it takes to create spaces where people feel safe to show up authentically & how important it is to practice active listening.

i also learned where my strengths truly live. supporting creators, mentoring emerging leaders & helping turn big dreams into something actionable has been deeply grounding for me.

i'm incredibly proud of what @Ashlinaa & i built together & i'm so grateful to everyone who trusted me, collaborated with me & challenged me along the way.

feeling a lot of gratitude for the purple app & you beautiful people who live in my phone 💜
