Famous Writer Raises 14 Doubts Over #YuMenglong's "Suicide", Concludes It Was Murder!

Chinese actor Yu Menglong fell to his death, and within just 12 hours police ruled it a suicide. However, Chinese writer Luban publicly listed 14 suspicious points, arguing it was not a simple case of self-harm. His claims quickly drew public attention.

On September 11, Yu was found passed after falling from a friend’s apartment in Beijing. Within half a day, police labeled it a "non-criminal case" and closed the file. Meanwhile, online posts discussing the incident were swiftly deleted, shocking Chinese netizens and fueling suspicion of a cover-up.

In response, on September 13, Luban who has millions of readers outlined 15 suspicious points, boldly stating: "This was obviously murder!" He further hinted that the perpetrator has powerful backing.

He added: "No one knows how many handsome stars like Yu Menglong have been assaulted. Some have even died after being assaulted."

Previously, Luban had spoken out in defense of actress Barbie Hsu (Xu Xiyuan). Recently, he has posted frequently about #YuMenglong's death, even listing these 15 doubts:

1. Why would such a young, handsome, and successful man suddenly jump to his death without warning?

2. Why at a friend's apartment?

3. Why jump from the 5th floor, a height that might not be fatal?

4. Reports say he landed head-first, suggesting he was thrown, not that he jumped.

5. Why was the surveillance camera conveniently out of power that day?

6. Why did he still have a commercial performance scheduled for the next day?

7. Why had he never shown signs or spoken of suicidal thoughts before?

8. Why were there clear scratch marks on the window?

9. Why is the iron mesh cut? Isn't there someone prepared?

10. Why would he leave no final words for his single mother if he intended suicide?

11. Why were there two expensive watches belonging to a friend in his pocket?

12.Why was his phone never checked?

13. Why weren't the friends who drank with him that night investigated?

14. Why did the police reach the suicide conclusion so quickly?

15. Why did the related trending topics disappear from hot searches so fast?

According to Luban, all these details point clearly to homicide. He claimed his sources told him the suspect has "very strong backing", which explains why information was suppressed: "I don't know exactly how strong, but if I did, I might be too scared to even post this."

He admitted: "Please don't call me the bravest or most righteous writer. No one is fearless. If I truly sense danger or receive a serious threat, don't just expect me to delete Weibo posts. I would delete my account in an instant."

In another post the same day, Luban insisted: "I can say with 100% certainty that Yu Menglong was murdered. Those calling it a conspiracy theory are just trying to hide the truth, what a shameless cover-up!"

He further revealed that #YuMenglong was reportedly targeted by a certain "big boss". Friends set him up, got him drunk, drugged him, and then he was assaulted right there in the room. Whether Yu later jumped because of this incident or was killed in the room remains unclear. Some sources claim it was the latter, suggesting the fall was staged afterward.

Luban added another bombshell:

"Some powerful figures behave recklessly, it has become the norm. The public is either indifferent, too afraid to speak out, or simply never learns the truth. That too is normal. No one knows how many handsome stars like Yu Menglong have been assaulted, and some have already died because of it. Now, some of these elites are bored with women and have begun targeting men."

He also has the same thoughts as me, YML does not leave any testament, at least for his mother.
