Happy Heavenly 28th Birthday @seanworkingdead .
Another year without you, yet your light still lives on in everyone who knew and loved you.
Kind, gentle, and unforgettable, you left a mark on this world that time will never fade.
Forever missed. Forever loved. 💫
@workingdeadnft@cardanado Please share this far and wide, our son @seanworkingdead loved this community and he worked hard to make learning accessible for everyone. Sean only lived a short life but he made a difference to so many people in this community with his time, passion and knowledge.
Our founder Sean Davies devoted his life to Cardano.
That's why TWD is campaigning for the next Hard Fork to be named after Sean, one of the brightest minds and greatest hearts this ecosystem has ever had.
If you knew Sean or supported him, there is no better way we can honor his legacy. Take a moment to repost or even tweet yourself. We want the support of the ecosystem to make this happen, not impose it.
If you or anyone you know can help make this a reality, please reach out!
@TheCardanoTimes Thank you Max, @seanworkingdead worked really hard for this community and having a Hard Fork named after him would mean the world to us, immortalising him in a place he loved 🥰
If you haven’t seen this, my sincere hope is we can have Sean Davies honored here in Cardano.
It would mean the world to his family and nobody deserves it more. He devoted his adult life to Cardano.
If there is one request I could make of Cardano:
I nominate that the next Cardano Hard Fork be named after Sean Davies (@seanworkingdead) for his contributions to Cardano.
He loved Cardano and was one of our most talented developers and genuinely good human beings.
We lost him far too soon, and I hope that we could memorialize him forever on the chain he called home.
Who knows what he could have built for Cardano since then. He truly was a great person.
Few deserve this, but Sean does.
Missing you my friend.
Things would be a lot different. You were a great leader and mentor. I wish you were around to work with me as we once did.
We were such a good team Sean. And you were above all else, such a good human being.
Who knows what you would've done by now.
@TheCardanoTimes This isn’t correct, customers weren’t able to sign into other customer’s accounts. It was only some individual transactions appeared for a very short period of time.
@Mrs_Lurker@angelcoinada Thank you so much for remembering @seanworkingdead, it means the world to us that you still talk about him. 😘 You are a very special lady 🫂
A Tribute to @angelcoinada ✨😇
Three men stepped into the Cardano ecosystem with nothing but conviction, vision, and a desire to give back. They didn’t come to chase trends or follow the crowd—they came to change the game. And without even realizing it, they lit the spark that would set the entire return‑game meta ablaze. Projects watched, learned, and followed the trail they carved with grit and generosity.
Then came @levvyfinance the lending‑and‑borrowing baby strapped to their chests like a newborn carried through the wilderness. It demanded everything: time, energy, resources, patience. And just like a child raised by a village, Levvy grew because so many people stepped forward to nurture the dream.
But dreams aren’t without heartbreak. Losing Sean, their most dedicated developer, one year into the journey was a blow that shook the foundation. His absence is still felt, his contributions still woven into every line of code, every milestone reached. Yet even through grief, they persisted. They honored him the only way builders know how—by continuing the work.
TWO YEARS! 🎆
Two years of building, refining, pushing forward even when the noise quieted and the spotlight shifted. And anyone who’s been in this space long enough knows: when things seem quiet… that’s when the magic is happening.
So, here’s to you, @cnfTagz, @erocks79, and Barachiel.
Here’s to your resilience, your vision, your stubborn refusal to quit. ✨
Here’s to Levvy, the baby that grew into a force. 🦥
Here’s to Sean, whose legacy lives on in every step forward. 👼
Congratulations on two years, boys. I am so incredibly proud of you. 💕
Today marks one year since we lost Sean Davies, the founder and visionary behind The Working Dead.
Sean was a kind soul, willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was a family man, surrounded by loved ones.
He was a talented developer, one of the brightest in Web3. He was a leader, one people followed and were inspired by.
His loss is a profound one. For his family. For his community. For his team who worked under him.
Each and every day, the depth of his legacy remains embedded at the core of what TWD is. The ambitious mission he ventured towards, the countless obstacles and issues he overcame; this is the story of a truly great human being.
No matter who he encountered in life, Sean radiated positivity and warmth. Not one person will speak ill of his actions, ever. In an industry where morality is easily corruptible, his remained ironclad.
Sean's story is one of never giving up. A story of staying good despite life trying to change you. A story that no matter your aspirations, you can achieve them if you keep at it.
He is dearly missed by us all, and it is precisely why we must ensure he is never forgotten. His mission continues onwards, for him.
Rest in Peace Sean Davies. One of Web3's brightest minds. One of the world's kindest minds.
