In early 1981 our library service had two mobile libraries covering up to 1000 miles per week across 93 stops.

Join @MayoLibrary on Saturdays in November at Castlebar Library for this great set of musical mornings with Music Generation Mayo and their Mini Music Explorers.
There are sessions for two age groups:
➡️ 10am for 0 to 3 year olds (every Saturday for five weeks)
➡️ 11.30am for 3 to 5 year olds (every Saturday for five weeks)
Places are limited on this five-week series of sessions so please book if you are interested in taking part for the month by contacting Mayo Library

Join the Explorers Team as they explore the world of Bioeconomy and the Ocean, and set your class on our ‘Food from the Future’ Challenge. Suitable for students between 8-12 years of age, this workshop will run for approx 1 - 1.5 hrs.
