Had the honour of walking in beside Chief George Arcand Jr leading the Grand entry as Mayor of Morinville. This weekend has been powerful, impactful and humbling as I witness a culture of love care and compassion. My heart is full.

I was very honoured to participate in the Alexander First Nation Traditional pow wow Grand Entry. A number of Council also have enjoyed participating over the weekend.

Today’s Papal Mass was very moving and a huge step forward in the spirit of forgiveness - the bridge to rebuilding our relationships. I look forward to continuing this journey as we work with our local First Nations and Metis communities on the path of truth & reconciliation.
