@AerLingus My bag continues missing, and nobody has contacted me yet!! I continue trying to speak with someone for an update but nobody answers. I have also email the Baggage Tracing Questionnaire - File Reference #LAXEI13924, but nobody replies to the emails either. HELP!!!
