In a vote that is already sending shockwaves across the political landscape, the United States Senate has rejected the SAVE America Act by a vote of 48-50, preventing legislation that would have required voter identification and proof of U.S. citizenship for federal elections nationwide.

I have no problem showing my ID to a poll working to prove who I am and ICE officers being there keep the poll workers honest. Everyone has an ID we just want to make sure you are a citizen before you are able to vote. Pretty simple if you ask me.
