@relnipponlife I have already raised it to your grievance team multiple times but they do not reply. That was not a resolution, you've simply mailed me that I can get only 33% of my amount. That's usurping my money. That's cheating by your organization. That's a fraud in simple words.

Please realise how customers who feel cheated will spread the news amongst others and how this will impact the brand value of your company, just because of poor management. Also happy customers can certainly bring more customers-please think aboutit and please support me!

Well now I have proof that he clearly told me that I may get back my policy, will you now refund my money?
I have to raise my concern multiple times in multiple forums but still no response from your headcustomercare or GRO team.

@relnipponlife @Janak_goswami01 Do you guys cheat all of your clients? First your agent lie and sell incorrect policy and then you ask policy holder to give any proof against them. If no proof then you ask them to go court! Trusting @reliancegroup is a mistake. They simply cheat their customers.
