@DC_Gurugram An RMC plant is being constructed near AIPL Peaceful Homes, Sector 70A which is a major health concern and is well within 500 meters of our residential complex. Dust, noise, water and air pollution will severely impact residents. Please check! @Haryana_spcb @cmohry

Haryana Govt’s proposed Policy on ‘Phasing of Colonies & Consent of 2/3rd residents’, is flawed and loaded with provisions in favour of Builders. Any new policy need to strengthen law n bring in more transparency in dealings whereas this draft seems to be doing exactly opposite.

This should be the first priority to resolve. Just bringing the area under MCG and increasing the stamp duty would not sever any purpose. First provide basis amenities.
