I am going into a spiral as everyone who is calling from your end, either RPF Jalpaiguri or RPF Bongaigao is not taking any responsibility for the phone SIM slot unlocking. It needs escalation.
@RailwaySeva Our phone was collected from the New Jalpaiguri location. But the Sim slot is still locked and we are not able to use any Sim into it. Cyber branch asked us to reach RPF station officer who worked on this case. We dont know his contact. Can you please help?
