[Marie Osborne @Maz2204]

@JustEatUK @KFC_UKI well after wasting a whole afternoon trying to get a refund for out of date food delivered to me I have now been told my account is flagged due to so many refund requests!! How on gods earth is that my problem I don’t pack the bag and miss food off the receipt

[Marie Osborne @Maz2204]

@JustEatTakeaway refusing to refund food that was clearly out of date is an absolute joke!!! 3 emails so far and still refusal from yourselves for a credit #OODfood #foodpoisening #poorservice
