@boohooMAN Help please! I ordered 3 items on Wednesday 7th December for next day delivery. EVRi claim they tried to deliver late on Friday evening but there was no communication from them and no missed delivery card.

We went to Costa Port Glasgow today and sat in. They refused to fill our Costa cups. We were given take away cups and our cakes were put in paper bags. So much for helping the environment! @CostaCoffee Time to take our business elsewhere because the service was awful.

@CostaCoffee currently sitting in your Port Glasgow branch. We were not allowed to use our reusable Costa Cups so we were given our order in take away cups. The point of having our own cups is to help the environment. We have used them several times at other branches. #confused
