You want the money, Fine. Also understand what parents go through to raise even that. If a parent has paid over 50%, let the child in and study. Do not send them back like they brought nothing.

What made this worse was the Bursar stationed in the Arena. Her line: "Either top up 400k or go home and use double transport to bring him back when he has topped up or cleared."

This is not administration. This is contempt. There is no grace period. Now payment plan, but Just: pay, or leave.

You charge 2.1M and still have no PTA.
Complaints never get a room. That is why this is online. Maybe now you will hear it.

For that fee, children also miss meals because of overcrowding. That is poor planning, not "high numbers." If 2.1M is not enough to feed them and treat parents like people, say so and raise the fee. Do not take the money and still run the school like this.

Let the child stay. Or explain why 1.2M is treated as zero.

@Educ_SportsUg, Parents are not in these private schools because they love being drained. They are there because government schools still cannot be trusted with a child's future.

Give public schools real facilities, real teachers and education that does not need a disclaimer. Then parents would not be paying 2.1M to be sent home at 1.2M, lectured by a Bursar, and told to come back when they have "topped up."

As long as government schools remain the weaker option, private schools will keep charging like this and treating parents like ATMs. Fix the public school system. That is the only way this stops.
