Hey @Fidomobile your 5G signal on the Go Train between Union Station and Markham station in GTA is always bad.Despite sitting in window seat, I can hardly ever get a stable connection. For years! The connection on the subway trains is better than on-the-ground trains.

Another day, same issue. WiFi doesn’t work on anything other than the Go Website where I can watch shows, movies and even listen to audiobooks without issues. But when I switch to other apps it stops working or works very slow. Fix it Go!

@GOtransit why does your WiFi never work on the train? I have been using Go to commute for years and have never been able to find a connection that actually works. It also doesn’t help that cell phone connection on the train is also really bad. Do something.

@GOtransit WiFi never works on Stouffville line. Phone networks also don’t connect. I can never work on my laptop or phone while on the train. I cannot even join any virtual meetings due to the bad internet. And it’s been like this for ever.
