@btwhiskey23 @Pectize10 @CharlieBHarper Yep. I think 99.9% of the county feels 100% the same as you. I was hopeful that they would stop it, when the attorneys and such were going to get involved, but here we are. It's disgusting to do that to people and their homes.

@Pectize10 @CharlieBHarper Our community has been vocal, at least on the Facebook page, about keeping all the building out of here and keeping it a small town. They are trying to build it up, though. I'm hopeful they don't, but we know how that goes.

I live on the side of I-20 that Meta Electrical is on, but I am probably a little too far from it to have an impact. I'm not saying it's not happening, but I haven't heard about it, so it's new. I'm learning.

@Dan8nv @GAFollowers There were photos and reports from people about 2 years ago in our local newspaper that talked about the water from them breaking ground at Rivian. Haven't heard anything since, though. Doesn't mean it couldn't still be an issue. I just haven't heard anything.

@Dan8nv @GAFollowers Muddied water is my best explanation of it. I don't know where she got that from, though. I'm still trying to get better answers on this one, because, like I said, I haven't seen or heard anything from folks here about data center water or anything. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Dan8nv @GAFollowers Some people did have issues a while back with Rivian (electric car plant), as someone else brought up to me, but I haven't heard anything, until now, about issues from a data center. We don't have a data center in Morgan, but there's one on the outskirts of it in Newton/Walton.

@Pectize10 @CharlieBHarper In Morgan, we had farms taken for Rivian (the Electric car plant). It still makes me mad. Thank you, for being kind and helpful, though. I keep asking what people are talking about, because we don't have a data center and I haven't heard complaints of water from one.

@mr_ghostman @CharlieBHarper @AOC Thank you, for explaining that. I've been repeatedly questioning where this is coming from, yet no one has had an answer. Regardless, I haven't heard complaints here about Meta affecting peoples water, so she should go after Rivian, instead. That would best. We want Rivian out.
