We have formally written to the Department of Home Affairs requesting an investigation and verification of the identity and documentation of Ndoyisile Ndumiso Sibindi.

We have raised concerns about alleged discrepancies relating to his identity number, date of birth, nationality and immigration documentation.

We are not making a determination ourselves. We are asking Home Affairs to verify the official records and establish whether any discrepancies exist.

We will await the Department’s response and provide any supporting information through the appropriate channels.
