WHO SHOULD AFRICA TRUST MORE FOR BUSINESS, CHINA OR AMERCA?
I have the following submission:
1. America gives far more aid to Africa than China, but China has been winning all the businesses, mostly through non-transparent deals with government officials.
2. I'm yet to hear of America taking over a government property in Africa because of debt default; it's common with the Chinese.
3. You hardly hear that an American has been caught engaging in illegal business or mining, but it's common with the Chinese.
4. China doesn't care about corruption outside its shores, and the Chinese have a very poor human rights record; we've seen many videos of Chinese punishing their African employees, even flogging them with canes.
So, let's know what your take is on the matter.
Will the murder of Most Rev Osório Citora Afonso move the Vatican to be more proactive or they'll continue to pretend that there's no Christian persecution going on in Africa? The Catholic Church is worst hit with ten of priests murdered in Nigeria and elsewhere apart from the many other priests and the religious abducted for ransom. The late Bishop had recently spoken out against terrorist attacks in the region.
My only advice to Zadok Yohanna: stay away from European women, it doesn't matter if their skin colour is black or they tell you they're Nigerians. Do what took you to Europe and Brighton - play football. Serve God the best way you can. Good luck. @OfficialBHAFC
I never believed the OK ticket until I realized that it's only Kwankwaso that was able to convinced Peter Obi to start changing his dress code. I now believe that Nigeria will be OK again.
@PBATMediaCentre@cenbank I think what Nigerians want the most now is to be able to sleep with their two eyes closed, travel in safe roads and be able to cultivate their farmlands with fear.
I find it difficult to imagine how difficult life in the hands of these Fulani bandits can be. Each time I tried to picture the ordeals of their victims in my heart, I abandoned the thoughts halfway.
This is not a prison where your people know exactly where you are and where they have someone to hold accountable for whatever happens to you. At least, they can be sure of recovering your corpse, in case you died. This not a prison where you have access to some basic needs, however minimal, like food, clean water, medicine, sanitary supplies, toothpaste, a roof over your head to ensure security from the elements of weather and harmful animals like snake bites and scorpions.
In the wild, you're herded like cattle, you either drink from the next available stream, if you're lucky, or the dirt infested ponds. You're not sure of a meal in several days, you're probably chained at night that you can't even kill the mosquito perching on your cheek, talk less of having access to an antimalarial, antibiotic or antacid. I don't even want to imagine having an episode of toothache at night that I find difficult to contain with even as a free man.
Yet, through all these pains, you're aware that your family and friends are selling assets, collecting loans and contributing hard-earned resources to give to idiots who chose criminality. To even make it worse, you remember we have a government who either appears helpless or who keep releasing and negotiating with these criminals.
I can't even imagine a punishment I consider hard enough for these demons in human image. I don't want to say this but I wish they will all one day be the victims of their trade.

All eyes now on Arsenal. Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Football is coming home.

APC National Chairman had to wait for the court judgement nullifying INEC's restrictive timelines for party primaries before making a statement on the rigged state primaries. If you're rigged out of APC primaries and intend to defect, do it fast. They're only trying to buy time.
