Dear @VP @JDVance, I was honored to see you endorse my idea of prohibiting birth tourism citizenship in U.S. Territories (which China has exploited to the hilt), and I'd like to offer you some even bolder ideas to save our national sovereignty.

So far, solutions to the Anchor Baby problem have focused on the "anchors," but the SCOTUS decision requires renewing focus on the "boats" they tether and ending their incentives to give birth here. Here’s how.

Take all the conditions in the original Trump EO and direct all the consequences onto foreigners who exploit "loophole citizenship" by declaring them PERSONA NON GRATA.

Specifically, if an alien without legal permanent residency chooses to have a child on U.S. soil, the foreigner parents must either renounce the child’s American citizenship or lose the ability to ever again legally step foot in the U.S., their choice.

Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. § 1182(f)), the President has broad power to suspend or restrict entry of any class of foreign nationals the President determines would be “detrimental to the interests of the United States.” The President should use this authority to deem such foreigners:

1) permanently ineligible for U.S. entry under any visa type (whether visitor, student, work, or otherwise)

2) permanently ineligible to petition for asylum, refugee, or temporary protected status

3) permanently ineligible for lottery or family based entry

4) permanently ineligible to petition for any legal residency or U.S. citizenship whatsover, including by future marriage to an American citizen.

Foreigners cynically use their children as tools to get lawful access to the U.S., its resources, and its opportunities that were paid for in blood and treasure by generations of Americans that came before. Forever shut the door to that access and birth tourism would plummet overnight.

But what about the people who would defy any ban or are already here illegally? That’s a tougher problem, but still addressable. The lawbreakers would have know that if they exploit “loophole citizenship” and choose not to renounce their child’s U.S. citizenship, they will have automatically moved themselves up on the deportation tracking and priority list.

The president can also exercise his discretion under the INA to strip away common procedural tools immigration lawyers use to delay or withhold removal and can require expedited deportation once they are caught as we currently do with repeat offenders and criminals.

Congress, for its part, should codify these changes to prevent any potential future open borders President from unilaterally undoing them. It may also need to create mechanisms for a parent covered by the EO to be able to renounce their child's American citizenship as an exercise of their parental rights, especially in cases of truly accidental births on U.S. soil.

States too have a role to play in limiting perverse incentives. For example, they can require parents who are here illegally to pay for the public schooling of their children, whether U.S. citizen or not (and thereby prompt the court to revisit the wrongly decided Plyler v. Doe decision of 1982).

People are furious because the biggest court rewrite of the Constitution since Obergefell has placed our national identity at the mercy of foreigners making decisions according to THEIR interests, on THEIR timing, and on THEIR terms.

In the American system of government, for every egregious SCOTUS decision, there should be an equal and opposite reaction from the other federal branches, the states, and the People. It’s how our system is designed, and we should exercise that power to make sure it is Americans, and only Americans, who decide who can join our great nation.

I'm told the Washington Post FINALLY has a long expose' on Tulsi Gabbard and her life-long relationship with a guy named Chris Butler and his "Science of Identity Foundation" in Hawaii.

If you've followed me here for a while you know I have always been critical of Gabbard and posted repeatedly that she is not who she has always presented herself to be.

Butler and the SIF were located not far from where I live in Hawaii for 20+ years. He runs a Hindu cult, and Gabbard became part of its through her parents. Butler founded the "Hare Krishnas" in California, and his followers treat him as if he is a semi-deity who is in contact with the Hindu God Krishna.

Butler's initial goal was to have SIF members elected to state and local offices in Hawaii and become a "player" in Hawaii politics through them.

Tulsi Gabbard became a "Golden Goose" when she ran for and won a seat in the Hawaii House of Representatives at age 22 -- following her father's footsteps, an elected GOP politician in Hawaii.

Over a decade she became more prominent - taking a period of time away from office to join the Hawaii National Guard and was deployed with her unit to Iraq.

But when she defied the Hawaii State Democrat party and beat the Honolulu Mayor for an open House set in 2012, she became Butler's "printing press" for money. Her staffs -- including her Campaign staff -- were almost all SIF members. So most of her Congressional budget and campaign spending could go to SIF members, who in turn paid large amounts to SIF and Butler.

Trump killed 50 of Iran's top leaders, did at least $1 trillion worth of damage to their military equipment and infrastructure, totally wiped out their naval fleet and air fleets, put their government in a state of endemic internal conflict, and left them totally incapable of meaningfully attacking their neighbors in the region any time soon. By the end of it, all Iran could do is rig the strait with mines and take pop shots at passing ships.

The loss of insurance coverage had more of an impact on the flow of marine traffic than Iran did.

I personally would have preferred the total destruction of the IRGC (which technically isn't off the table if they decide to FAFO) but it would have been difficult to accomplish without more civilian casualties -- something third worldist leftoids were already complaining (and campaigning) about.

In the meantime, consider the following:

No boots on the ground. No prolonged conflict. No permanent occupation. No military draft. No lasting impact on energy prices. No multi-trillion dollar boondoggle. None of the things anti-war retards with Israel tunnel vision like Dave Smith and Candace Owens predicted would happen.

In addition:

- Oil and gas prices are falling in time for summer and the midterms.
- "Free Palestine" third worldists like Graham Platner have less ammo on which to campaign for Congress.
- Russia is bringing in less revenue.
- The U.S. got a foot in the door to block China's Belt and Road projects.
- Trump has greater latitude to tighten sanctions on Russia without exacerbating supply shocks to energy markets.
- Europe and America have agreed to increase cooperation in providing for the national defense of Ukraine.
- Israel isn't a signatory to the MOU and isn't bound by its terms, leaving it free to independently defend itself from threats if necessary.
- America isn't creating a power vacuum for China and Russia to fill by absconding and surrendering its own influence over the region.

The people who say this is a "humiliating defeat" for Trump?

- Russia
- China
- Iran
- Democrats
- The leftist Drudge-led media establishment

I just spoke with Charles Schwab about the @SpaceX IPO. Schwab is one of a handful of brokerages selected by SpaceX to allocate IPO shares to retail investors.

If you have an account with Schwab, here’s how to prepare for the SpaceX IPO:

1) You first need to opt into IPOs from the Trade > IPOs page on Schwab's website.

2) After you've opted in and the IPO shows on the page, you can submit an Indication of Interest. The indication of interest will be able to be submitted when the Roadshow period begins for the stock. This is currently expected to be early June.

3) You need to have minimum $100,000 in total balance to be eligible to participate in the SpaceX IPO share allocation.

Schwab still doesn't know how many shares will be allocated to their brokerage at this point since SpaceX will be the one to decide that in the coming weeks. Just be prepared to check back on the IPO section of Schwab's website. Additional info will come later.

Lastly, don’t be surprised if you receive fewer IPO shares than you requested (if any at all). Demand for the limited number of available IPO shares will almost certainly be extremely high, and these participating brokerages will only get a certain sized allocation of shares to offer to retail investors, so it'll likely be tough to accommodate everyone. The best thing you can do is to just be prepared.

Note: SpaceX specifically stated in their S-1 filing that any purchase of their Class A common stock in this offering through these platforms will be at the same IPO price, and at the same time, as any other purchases in this offering, including purchases by institutions and other large investors, which means any retail investors that are lucky enough to get allocated some SpaceX IPO shares will pay the same price as the big guys.
