@WillBiddy_ I disagree with ppl in the comments with AI. How many times has AI given the wrong answer and say oh my mistake you are right. Wrong data can be expensive problems. Also AI doesn’t have your tax history, do you trust them to securely keep that? I think Intuit benefits from AI
@GS_JaredC That only represented about 80% of the total shares anticipated to be repurchased. Remember around the announcement the stock was close to $200 per share and you have to account for JPM processing fees.
It will be more shares with the price at these levels
@Strong_Bull1@Hyliion The problem is “they stated”. “They” stated a lot that has not come true so it’s hard to know if “their” statements are fact or investor marketing fluff with skewed numbers. I’m hoping for facts since I still own all my shares
@Cartage_Floorin@SilentAlert1@Hyliion SP would have to go up. If they take over HYLN they would receive 350mil in net assets meaning they would pay minimum 400-500mil for it. That would cause the stock price currently at 110mil to 3-4x (if this happens)
@jamespa55400942@JulianXXI@SilentAlert1@Hyliion@Cummins @realThomasHealy Yes but their balance sheet is intrinsic with net assets of over 350 mil. So if they were bought out their stock price will catch up to their intrinsic sale price
@JulianXXI@SilentAlert1@Hyliion@Cummins @realThomasHealy Idk where you getting your numbers from. HYLN has net assets of 350 mil which isn’t nothing considering the trading for 110 mil. And Cummins could pay 500-600 mil and it would be a good deal for everyone all things considered.
@SilentAlert1@Hyliion @realThomasHealy As I still hold I hope they sell the whole company or dissolve. Net assets are over 350 mil. That’s a 3x from current price
@ReCannabis@SilentAlert1 I respect your opinion. I think companies think jumping in head first with 100 truck orders are a little premature and instead opt to get on the fleet trial list first and maybe ordering 5-10 after to make sure it’s the best fit for them
@ReCannabis@SilentAlert1 So if you were part of these companies and you hear a good product you would commit 40 mil to it even though it isn’t in production or EPA certified yet? Interesting
