I'm not in burnout, but I def had an "If I have to stick myself 1 more time..." moment today. I was up 1/2 the night with highs but finally changed my site. The chronic aspect of #T1D can sometimes be the hardest part. No light at the end of the tunnel. Just endless sticks. #doc

I will *never* understand why a quick blood sugar check isn't standard for every single dr visit, for everyone. Just, every time: Height, weight, BP, BG, on to business. The number of ppl who go un-dx'd or dx'd late is totally unacceptable. No excuse. #T1D #rant #doc
