Another follow up call to the poor staff at @British_Airways. Turns out my refund request (from March!) has not even been looked at yet, despite being eligible as per their website and customer service team at the time. That's about £850 they're kindly holding in the bank for me.

The people at the top have completely and utterly failed the customers who have flown with them for years, and will likely never again, as well as the staff they allow to bear the brunt of the issues.
