We would save billions in health care costs if everyone would:
-Exercise daily (take a walk)
-Eat more foods from nature
-Get more sleep
-Manage stress (breathe, meditate, pray)
-Laugh more with friends
Research shows little things make a big difference.
Positive teams take on the battle, overcome the negativity, face the adversity, and keep moving forward. They communicate, connect and encourage each other. They build relationships and trust that make them stronger. And they commit to each other and sacrifice for one another.

We all want to be on the big stage, appear on the big tv show, make the big sale or get the big job right now. But big opportunities and responsibilities come from doing the small things with a big dose of passion, love, purpose and excellence. Be faithful where you are!
Grit? What is it? I believe it’s driven by love. Inspired by vision and purpose. Fueled by optimism and belief. Powered by faith and hope. Revived by resilience. Kept alive by stubbornness. And if we’re honest includes some fear of failure and desire to prove oneself.
Culture is not just one thing. It’s everything. Culture is not static, its dynamic. Everyone on your team creates it and you are creating it each day by what you think, say and do. You can elevate it by what you think, improve it by what you say and make it great by what you do!
