Optimizing the way Bitcore-lib handles transaction confirmations on V2 ⚡️

Our current Stage 1 mainnet build has been a huge success with good fee to volume ratios alongside community feedback and analysis.

A key takeaway and point for consideration by the team is methods to optimize both speed of flows and gas optimizations to maximise the potential of our L1 AMM infrastructure.

What is the Bitcore-lib ?

Bitcore-lib is a JS library that provides a set of functions for working with Bitcoin. It is designed to be used with Node.js and browser applications and is compatible with the Bitcoin Core software.

How are we improving functionality ?

We are re-designing the interaction architecture and BRC-20 flows for Ordiswaps DEX.

→ Normal transactions take multiple confirmations (4 on current build).
→ We have built a new intuitive way for transactions on our AMM "Swap", "Add-Liquidity" and "Pool".
→ Modification of the manner transactions are constructed, signed, and broadcasted to the Mempool.
→ Maintenance of the consensus rules of Bitcoin L1 transactions.
→ Extensive testing of attack vectors and code security

What does this mean for Ordiswap ? 🧡

With this being one of several upgrades you will see on V2 mainnet users will benefit from timescales of all transactions on our platform being halved.

All activities will require only Two on-chain confirmations to be processed by our DEX providing fast and effecient interactions !
