@HMRCcustomers Hi. I'm due a tax refund but noticed a forensic accountants that I used a while ago (and who have already received payment for the work they did) are listed as the recipient if my refund. How can I remove them from this?

@HMRCcustomers I'm not sure. It says "A repayment to TR FORENSIC ACCOUNTANTS will follow within 14 days." And the message was sent yesterday

@HMRCcustomers If I write, will that take too long? States they'll recover payment within 14 days but I don't want them receiving anything as they've not done anything this time. Unsure as to why they'd still be down to receive anything
